Privacy Policy – כיצד אנו אוספים, משתמשים ושומרים על המידע שלך.

מידע שאתה מוסר: בעת הרשמה – שם, דוא”ל, ובמידת הצורך טלפון, שם חברה ותפקיד; בעת התחברות באמצעות חשבון Google – שם, דוא”ל ותמונת פרופיל כפי שמסר ספק ההתחברות; פניות, הודעות, דוחות תקלה והצעות שיפור; פרטים שנמסרו בצ’אט שירותי הרכש, בוואטסאפ או בבקשת הצעת מחיר; פרטי נציגי יבואנים המנהלים פרופיל חברה.
מידע על השימוש: מונחי חיפוש, חלקים וקטגוריות שנצפו, זמני פעילות ודפים שנפתחו, וקישורם לחשבון המשתמש אם התחברת.
מידע טכני: כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן ומכשיר והעמוד ממנו הגעת. כתובת IP נשמרת גם לצורכי אבטחה, הגבלת קצב והגנה מפני העתקה ושימוש לרעה.
עוגיות וטכנולוגיות מעקב: עוגיות הכרחיות לתפעול האתר, ובהסכמתך – כלי ניתוח ופרסום של צד שלישי (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics ו-Meta Pixel). פירוט במדיניות העוגיות.
לתפעול האתר ושירות החיפוש; ניהול חשבונות והתחברות; מענה לפניות; העברת פנייתך ליבואן או ליצרן שבחרת; שיפור המאגר, תוצאות החיפוש ותרגומי המונחים; אבטחה, מניעת הונאה והגנה מפני העתקה, גרידה ושימוש לרעה; עמידה בדרישות הדין; ובהסכמתך – דיוור ועדכונים. נשתמש בדוא”ל שלך לדיוור שיווקי רק אם הסכמת לכך, ותוכל לבטל בכל עת.
איננו מוכרים מידע אישי. אנו מעבירים מידע רק: (א) ליבואן או ליצרן, כאשר אתה שולח להם פנייה דרך האתר; (ב) לספקי שירות הפועלים מטעמנו – אחסון, דוא”ל, ניתוח נתונים, ניהול קשרי לקוחות, התחברות עם Google, ושירות בינה מלאכותית לחיפוש חכם שאליו עשוי להישלח מונח החיפוש שהוקלד; (ג) לרשויות, אם נדרש על פי דין; (ד) להגנה על זכויותינו מפני הפרה או שימוש לרעה; (ה) במקרה של מיזוג או מכירת העסק, בכפוף להגנה זהה. חלק מהספקים נמצאים מחוץ לישראל, ולכן המידע עשוי להיות מעובד מחוץ לישראל תוך הקפדה על רמת הגנה נאותה. מומלץ לא להזין בשדות החיפוש מידע אישי או סודי.
נשמור מידע כל עוד החשבון פעיל, ולאחר מכן לתקופה סבירה הנדרשת לעמידה בחובות חוקיות, יישוב מחלוקות ואכיפת התנאים. יומני אבטחה ויומני חיפוש נשמרים לתקופה מוגבלת ולאחריה נמחקים או מוסתרת זהותם.
אנו נוקטים אמצעי אבטחה סבירים, טכניים וארגוניים, בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע), התשע”ז-2017, ובהם הצפנת תקשורת (HTTPS), הרשאות גישה והגבלת קצב. אין מערכת מחוסנת לחלוטין ולכן איננו יכולים להבטיח אבטחה מוחלטת. על אירוע אבטחה חמור נפעל בהתאם לדין.
יש לך זכות לעיין במידע שנשמר עליך, לבקש תיקון של מידע שגוי ולבקש מחיקתו כשאין בסיס חוקי לשמור אותו. באפשרותך גם לבטל הסכמה לדיוור ולמחוק את חשבונך. לממש זכות – פנה אלינו בדוא”ל Tamir@TBMEng.co.il ונשיב בתוך זמן סביר ולא יותר מ-30 יום. ייתכן שנבקש לאמת את זהותך.
אינך חייב על פי דין למסור מידע, אך ללא פרטי ההרשמה לא נוכל לספק שירותים הדורשים חשבון, ולא נוכל להשיב לפנייה ללא פרטי קשר.
האתר מיועד למקצוענים ואינו מיועד לילדים מתחת לגיל 18. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע על קטינים.
האתר מקשר לאתרי יצרנים, יבואנים וספקים. איננו אחראים למדיניות הפרטיות או לתוכן של אתרים אלה.
נעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. הנוסח העדכני יפורסם באתר עם תאריך העדכון.

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on tbmeng.co.il (the “Website”), why, with whom it is shared, and your rights, in accordance with Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended (including Amendment 13). Information you provide: upon registration – name, email, and where needed phone, company and role; when signing in with Google – name, email and profile picture as provided by Google; inquiries, messages, bug reports and suggestions; details provided via the procurement-services chat, WhatsApp or quote requests; details of importer representatives managing a company profile.
Usage information: search terms, parts and categories viewed, activity times and pages opened, linked to your account if you are signed in.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, and the referring page. IP addresses are also kept for security, rate limiting and protection against copying and abuse.
Cookies and tracking: essential cookies for the operation of the Website and, with your consent, third-party analytics and advertising tools (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics and Meta Pixel). See our Cookie Policy.
To operate the Website and search service; manage accounts and sign-in; respond to inquiries; forward your inquiry to the importer or manufacturer you selected; improve the database, search results and term translations; security, fraud prevention and protection against copying, scraping and abuse; comply with law; and, with your consent, send updates. We use your email for marketing only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only: (a) with an importer or manufacturer when you send them an inquiry through the Website; (b) with service providers acting on our behalf – hosting, email, analytics, CRM, Google sign-in, and an AI service for smart search, to which the typed search term may be sent; (c) with authorities when required by law; (d) to protect our rights against infringement or abuse; (e) in a merger or sale of the business, subject to equal protection. Some providers are located outside Israel, so information may be processed abroad with appropriate safeguards. Please do not enter personal or confidential information in search fields.
We keep information while your account is active and afterwards for a reasonable period required to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our terms. Security and search logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures in line with the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017, including encrypted communication (HTTPS), access controls and rate limiting. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Serious security incidents will be handled as required by law.
You may access the information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and request deletion where there is no lawful basis to keep it. You may also withdraw marketing consent and delete your account. To exercise a right, email Tamir@TBMEng.co.il; we will respond within a reasonable time and no later than 30 days. We may ask to verify your identity.
You are not legally required to provide information, but without registration details we cannot provide services that require an account, and without contact details we cannot answer an inquiry.
The Website is intended for professionals and not for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information about minors.
The Website links to manufacturer, importer and supplier sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will be published on the Website with the update date.
